The Seminole UniServ is the "umbrella" organization for the four local associations.  Each local association pays a fee to the Seminole UniServ. 

The Seminole UniServ Coordinating Council (made up of the President and a proportionate number of union members from each local association) employs the staff and manages the office. 

The fees collected are used to pay staff salaries and office costs (supplies, utilities, lease payments, building maintenance, etc.).
